The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel provided a map and had a nice sitting area in the reception where complimentary tea was available. The location was great, close to the subway and tram stations.
I felt so comfortable during my stay that I had no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with several metro stations within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city center. A supermarket nearby is also a plus for families. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall service great. there is a small courtyard garden where guests can relax.
The walls between the rooms are thin, which can result in noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

Great guy at reception from Turkey. Helpful staff, fluent in English. Free Wi-Fi, safe in room. Clean, comfy, basic, but sufficient. Central location, good for exploring the city. Will recommend to friends.

The staff at Central Hotel 21 were friendly and accommodating. They were very good too ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom fan and TV, our overall experience was positive. We would definitely recommend Central Hotel 21 for a convenient and pleasant stay in Budapest.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in a quiet district but still very close to the city central area. It is just a short walk away from the main attractions of this city, as well as being near the station. The staff at this hotel are very kind and helpful, making our stay more fun. the hotel facilities were great, with clean rooms and daily cleaning service.

Perfect location, close to Jewish quarter and Kosher restaurants. Easy access to Margaret Island, castle, and shopping mall with bowling center. English-speaking and helpful staff. Newly redecorated hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Convenient airport shuttle. Located in a nice quiet area with access to room through a garden. Large bed, safebox, and fridge in the room. Practical key-card system.

It is located in a quiet residential area very close to the big bazaar in Budapest, making it convenient for shopping. The hotel is also situated in the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The rooms are basic but clean, and some even have access to the garden, which is a nice feature. Additionally, the hotel provides amenities such as a fridge, air conditioning, and a kitchen at the center of Pest. The breakfast included is good, but could have more options.

Great location, close to metro station and plenty of shops and bars nearby. the room wasnice and neat.
The amenities provided were not as advertised, with missing toiletries and a cramped bathroom. the surrounding area had some unsavory characters and didn't feel very safe.
